Tom and I would like to send out a HUGE congratulations to Troy and Heather on their recent engagement. On July 29th, Troy proposed while he and Heather were on vacation at Cape Cod. We are very excited for them and want to wish them the best during this very exciting time in their lives. We love you two!!!
