Last weekend I made a trip to New Jersey for my "sister" Tiff's bridal shower (in Vineland) and Bachelorette party (in Atlantic City). Tiffany is Kimmy's little sister and close enough to my own sister! I wouldn't have missed this event for the world! I made the trip by myself, and it was a quick one. I got down there late late Friday night and came back Sunday. BUT, it was so fun and really wonderful to see Kimmy, Tiff and family. Tiff has found a wonderful man to be her husband and I couldn't be more proud and happy for her! I love her very much and it is so nice to see her so happy!

Besides NJ adventures, we've been trying to get the house in order for the winter. Lots of yard clean up and getting ready for the, uh, dare I say the word...SNOW! Seems like it is not too far away. I've heard the word in a few forecasts so far. Let's hope it holds off until AFTER Thanksgiving! I'm looking forward to the long holiday weekend coming up. Things at work have been a tad nutty but in a good way. Means job security I hope! :) Tom continues to work very hard but is really excited for hunting season. He has had a few chances so far to get into the woods. There will be many more days spent there this season I'm sure!
Updates on Gloria... Seems like I haven't really shared any in a long time. She is doing so well! She loves school and is learning so much. Between dance class, sign language, Spanish, yoga, learning about the weather...school keeps her really busy. Now that the weather is getting much colder, she is back in gymnastics class. Her Papa takes her on Mondays and she gives him a run for his money! She loves it! She is growing so much! Even in the two days I was gone last weekend it seemed like she had changed!
